In that room we really felt like more. The best of our wishes became sweat, tears, blood,and power; The power to remold hatred into gold and bury it from sun.
Deftones conquered the ground of Bogota with a force greater than any other metal band in the last years. Though underground, the news of artists from heart, like these, coming to our city broke the atmosphere of extreme music liners. We were one and We were the passengers of a hard ride... Deftones took us far, we didn't care where, just far!
Their highly distortioned guitars and explosive drums made the dream come true and we as a band felt they were giving us a gift; they also wanted to meet us... alone!
A few hours ago all we wanted was to get our knives and come in, or lay down or just melt with the multitude sharing the intimate feeling of our deaf heart, which has a low tone. So god bless us all for those songs we sang.
Thank you DEFTONES we will always remeber those few hours you made us believe our souls could hide within a hole in the earth... but now we're just out!
